Returns AND Exchanges

All items purchased from queenkbows can not be returned for a refund or exchange, this is because all items are made to order specifically for each individual. All sales are final and our products are inspected for quality before being posted.

If for any reason you receive the wrong items to what you ordered, we will give you 21 days to contact us to resolve the matter.
We have a strict rule that unfortunately any of your items break between the periods you have received them to 14 days after, you are eligible for a replacement. If you contact us after the 14 days is up, we will not be able to help you.

Wrong colour/materials
The colour of materials can look different on an image compared to what it does in person so please bare this in mind when ordering. Also some of our accessories will run out of stock depending on how high the level volume of orders we receive. This can sometimes mean the colour or fabrics may change slightly from the ones pictured on our website. We will always try our best to match items heavily similar to ones shown.
