All of out items are handmade and made to order. This can take up to 10 -21working days (not including weekends or bank holidays)
All our orders are sent out 2nd class signed for (unless needing asap then will be sent 1st class please message me to discuss this as [email protected]). They normally arrive within 2-3 working days after being dispatched but can take up to a few working days.
Due to the handmade nature of our items we have a strict no refunds or cancellation policy. In the event your order has been lost in the post we will offer a replacement within a reasonable amount of time. We will not offer a refund once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that all postage address details are correct as those wont be able to be changed once the order is placed
