Turnaround Time and Delivery

 

• All of out items are handmade and made to order. This can take up to 10 -21working days (not including weekends or bank holidays)
• All our orders are sent out 2nd class signed for (unless needing asap then will be sent 1st class please message me to discuss this as [email protected]). They normally arrive within 2-3 working days after being dispatched but can take up to a few working days. 
• Due to the handmade nature of our items we have a strict no refunds or cancellation policy. In the event your order has been lost in the post we will offer a replacement within a reasonable amount of time. We will not offer a refund once your order has been dispatched. 
• Please ensure that all postage address details are correct as those wont be able to be changed once the order is placed
